Doug. Hello. I heard the Understanding the Times podcast on the subject of CAN THE NAR BRING HEAVEN TO EARTH where you and Holly Pivec spoke on the dangers and errors of the NAR. I’ve been in the NAR stream for many years. I was on staff at IHOP for just under a year. I’ve visited Bethel Church numerous times. I have close friends whose adult children attended the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. My youngest son attended Hillsong College and met his wife there.

In my continued growth as a believer, I have begun to question some of the teachings and emphasis of the NAR. Yet, I know that there is no church movement that is completely free of error or has the corner one Biblical understanding and revelation.

Currently, I’ve been reading the life story of William Branham. Wow,… what an amazing man. Yet, even in the anointing God had placed upon him to heal and deliver thousands and thousands of people from sickness and the demonic, William was imperfect and was not a great Biblical teacher (an even fell into Biblical error), still, as he functioned in his gifting, God used him powerfully to bring God’s desire too heal, to deliver and to save to an untold number of people during his lifetime.

What are your thoughts regarding William Branham? AA Allen? John G. Lake?
